To make things easier for you guys here's a page you can put in your template folder that will overwrite HostGator default upgrade page with all the info the user needs and... it will automatically put in the AffilateID you get into the form.

All you need to do is:
1. Sign up to the above.
2. Upload the hgupgrade.tpl file to your site into the /var/wkscript/tempaltes folder.
3. Go to the admin cp -> Ads/advertising and put your BASS Affiliate ID where it says "hostgator affilate ID".
