Ads for specific country

Is it possible to disable forced ads for users from a specific country?
Or can you tell me in which Database>Table is the variable for showing ads to a user.

currently it's not possible, but i also think that Layeredpanel won't be developed anymore.

I can understand that the owner loses intrest in it for a 100 good reasons, but why not sell it then?
