Default New install and can't get my site up and running

Hi,

I can't seem to get my site up and running as i'm getting some errors (listed below)

Code:
# /home/369mb.com/runtime_layeredpanel/service_manager start

        Please take a look at the syslog.

Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' exists!

Also i can only access the site via ip and not the domain name.

Can someone please help me as i'm just lost with what to do now.

Great isn't it?
I had my system installed a year and a half ago
Today first reboot, nothing works.
Same problem as you have (after I manually do the service_manager thing because it was put wrong in rc.local).
